At Krystallyx, we are committed to delivering premium, high-quality glassware, cutlery, and luxury home accessories with care and precision. To maintain the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our items, all sales are final.

 

Refunds and Returns

Because our products are fragile and sanitary, we are unable to restock items once they have left our store or warehouse.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes unused or unwanted items, a change of mind, or gift items.

This policy applies to all purchases, whether made in-store or online.

Please note that in-store purchases are final once items are inspected and taken, and are not eligible for exchange or refund under any condition.

 

Online Purchases – Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item. This policy applies only to online orders, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at krystallyxng@gmail.com, including your order confirmation and clear photos of the issue.

Once we receive your request and supporting materials, Krystallyx will assess the issue and provide a solution. If approved, we will ship a replacement for the faulty product.

Depending on the case, we will inform you whether the product needs to be returned to us or if the information provided is sufficient to process the request.


Sale and Promotional Items

All sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund under any condition..
