Packaging and Handling
All Krystallyx orders are carefully packaged using custom protective materials designed to safeguard our delicate glassware and home accessories during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive intact and in pristine condition.
Order Fulfillment
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (WAT) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (WAT) may be dispatched the next business day. While we aim to process orders promptly, fulfillment timelines may be extended during high-demand periods.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To request a replacement, contact us via WhatsApp or email at krystallyxng@gmail.com, including your order confirmation and clear photos of the issue.
Once we review and approve your request, we will ship a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the case, we will inform you if the item needs to be returned or if the documentation provided is sufficient.
